Molly Idle is the Caldecott Honor-winning illustrator of Flora and the Flamingo, as well as the creator of Tea Rex and the mermaid tales Pearl and Coral. She graduated from Arizona State University with a BFA in drawing and began her career at DreamWorks Feature Animation Studios. Molly now lives in Arizona with her husband, two sons, and two snuggly cats. Tea Rex is her first book.
