Robert Lopshire is the author and illustrator of several acclaimed children's books—including the Beginner Books Put Me in the Zoo!, New Tricks I Can Do!, and I Want to Be Somebody New!—Robert Lopshire (1927-2002) worked with Dr. Seuss as an Art Director on the earliest Beginner Books.
