SK Sayal holds over 30 years of experience in real estate industry across various companies like Alpha G Corp, Mahindra/GESCO Corp, DLF and Ansals. He was the founding director of Alpha G Corp and its CEO till 2014 and served as the Head of Operations at Mahindra/GESCO between 1993 and 2004. He has been widely acclaimed to be a key driver for establishing Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) model in India. Sayal was awarded Most Enterprising CEO of the Year at the Real Estate Awards, and CEO of the Year at the World Brand Congress Global Awards for Brand Excellence.
