Siddharth Shanghvi is an award-winning Indian novelist, photographer, and cultural critic. His debut novel The Last Song of Dusk won the Betty Trask Award and was translated into 12 languages. His works include Loss and The House Next Door. A contributor to Time, New York Times and Vogue, Shanghvi's writing explores love, loss, sexuality and Indian society. His photographs have been exhibited globally. He lives in Mumbai and Goa, where he continues to write and create visual art.
