Dr. Onkar Singh, formerly Founder Vice Chancellor of Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, is the Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has vast teaching experience of more than 27 years at undergraduate and postgraduate level in different institutions. Dr. Singh has published large number of research papers in national/international journals and conference proceedings.
