10K and Beyond

This book tells the story of my journey as a runner. I started running relatively late in life at the age of 40. Inspired by my son's running career I discovered the joy of running myself. I started with 5Ks and before I knew it I was running three marathons in seven months! It has been a remarkable journey for me marked by great accomplishments new friendships joy gratitude and pride. As you read through this book I hope my passion joy and gratitude leap off the pages for you. My running journey has greatly enriched my life inspired me and I believe improved me as a person. I hope my story inspires you in some way too whether it's to run yourself or to venture out on some other adventure in your life!
