<p>1991. In the wake of her twin sister's death Ash is lured to a seaside city built on lust and greed. Down on her luck Ash goes home with Jay a handsome stranger. He shares a dilapidated mansion with a pack of young surfers. They live wild as outsiders and unbeknown to them with Nebraska Jay's mystical girlfriend - who exists between the real and the unseen.
