54-YEAR-OLD Wayne Lèal taught his first fitness class over 30 years ago. He said I've seen and heard enough diet and exercise rubbish to last a lifetime. <i>20-21</i> is a fusion of callisthenics yoga asana NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Meditation.
