The purpose of this publication is to provide a 21-day journey which examines 21 of the typical words which negatively impact the lives of those who have had the unfortunate experience of enduring any form of abuse. The traditional definition of each word or sometimes even an exaggerated version of the definition when applied to the life of a survivor of abuse can prove to be both damaging and a hindrance to their finding the strength to live a life of fulfillment and purpose. Whereas over the duration of 21 days survivors can learn to love themselves more by REdefining these words to REalign with God's promises while allowing Him to REdesign their lives according to His purpose the words can be revisited as many times as needed.
