These 29 poems and songs were written in the years 2018-2020.After I had to go through deep states of exhaustion in 2016/ 2017(with sudden hearing loss symptoms palpitations and anxiety at night and depressiveepisode) but then - and to this day - recovered well I experienced deepInspiration in the coming years (2018-2020) - especially through the accompanimentmy mother through the various serious illnesses until death andeverything I encountered during this important time: spiritually physically and emotionally.I dedicate this collection to the courageous visionaries of our time: Fridays For Future.
