66 + 1 Warm-ups

As a design thinker warm-ups are an integral part of my world. They are the little helpers that are there when I need them. A warm-up is the perfect start to a usual workshop day - regardless of whether the participants already know each other or if they are total strangers. A warm-up provides new energy on long intense workshop days - in the early morning or late afternoon. A good warm-up is able to break away from established thinking - be it in the research or brainstorming phase.Pauline Tonhauser
