The father of the concept of Sanskritisation in the sociological literature is Dr. MN Srinivas Everyone had a dream of equality and making this dream come true was a huge challenge in the Indian society! So adopting the change was also a big challenge.In modern India the members of the lower castes are often following the rites and ways of life of the upper castes. This particular process of change taking place in Indian society by which the people of the lower caste group adopt the ideals values ideas rituals and rites of the upper caste with the aim of purifying improving and improving their caste or social status and This process of Sanskritisation is actually increasing the awareness of bringing change in the society!
