上海水安全·水管理学术文选

<p> < 本书系从2017年上海市水利很好科技论文评选活动中挑选的一批论文，内容突出水安全、水管理主题，分别涉及城乡防洪、水资源水环境、港航滩涂建设和水利工程管理等方面。这些论文曾在2015年7月1日-2017年6月30日期间内公开发表，在理论上有独到见解，在应用上有新体会，在技术上有新观点，对解决重大关键问题或对促进上海涉水科技进步具有指导作用。本书在编辑上力求尊重原文，个别体例、格式方面或有修改，以求全书有统一的风格。This book is a batch of papers selected from the selection of excellent scientific and technological papers on water conservancy in Shanghai in 2017. The content highlights the theme of water security water management which respectively involves urban and rural flood control water resources and water environment port and navigation mudflat construction water conservancy project management and other aspects. These papers were publicly published between July 1 2015 and June 30 2017. They have unique theoretical insights new experiences in application and new technical perspectives providing guidance for solving major key problems or promoting scientific and technological progress in Shanghai's water related fields. This book strives to respect the original text in terms of editing with some modifications made to certain styles and formats in order to achieve a unified style throughout the book. </p>
