In the history of Modern Inda and the freedom movement an overlooked aspect ie Mangarh Hatyakand. Despite being more gruesome it has escaped the attention cause tribals were sacrificed and their contribution has always been overlooked. At the confluence of modern-day Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh lies Mangarh, where British imperialists and local kings combined armies had conspired to kill hundreds of Bhil-Tribals in a dastardly manner. Govind Guru their religious leader was imprisoned. This historic event has been ignored by civil society and historians. This historical event has reverberated in the songs and legendary tales of Mangarh hill and their religion.
