<p><strong>CRIME & JUSTICE</strong></p><p><strong>By Abebaw Abebe Kassa</strong></p><p> </p><p>Justice in constitutional philosophy; It can be seen from the perspective of (Positive Law) from the structural law that makes itself accepted; Or justice originates entirely from society; The goal is to improve the welfare of the society which says strongly that the theory of social welfare or justice is not a man-made law but a natural right; It can be seen from the prophet theory of natural rights that is to give what is natural or what is deserved. However justice is a relative concept in a society that is on the path of change regardless of how it is defined. It is undeniable that justice takes on a new and broader meaning every time the human being moves forward and to a higher level through slow change.</p>
