A Biblical Approach to the Fivefold Ministry

Ephesians 4: 11-13 describes vocational gifts that Christ gives to the church. Some describe this as the Fivefold ministry or APEST. Books have been written on the topic but many are written from a personal perspective. In this book Fishell strives to examine the original author and the original audience's understanding of the Fivefold ministry. He does so by examining the Pauline gifts lists and how the five terms are used in the New Testament. In addition he addresses related topics to the Fivefold ministry.
