A bear gets a eulogy. A worker termite contemplates its role. A tiny squirrel meets its end. Inside is a collection of nature-oriented poetry. Written over a 21-day span these poems are an intersection of the natural spiritual and philosophical. These poems are about my journey on a trail that was unbroken before I trekked it. While in the woods I recorded each line threw out as many breadcrumbs and tried to find my way back- without a landmark for my direction. Now I’m here to report my observations.
