A Bit About Life

<p>The poems have emerged straight from my heart based on an experience of a lifetime.</p><p>I have also been greatly influenced by the teachings in the Bhagavat Gita.</p><p>As with life some of these poems are dark in nature whilst others are full of hope and opportunity.</p><p>Putting pen to paper has been a cathartic experience for me and here's hoping that these poems will inspire you and bring you solace and the strength to carry on through the ups & downs that most of us must face in our daily lives.</p>
