A Bluebird's Tale

<p><span style=color: rgba(101 125 123 1)>Eastern Bluebirds arrive in the Appalachian Mountains every spring. The author's fascination with these small blue and orange songbirds inspired him to follow their journey. In 1979 Eastern Bluebirds were declared rare and uncommon by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. The introduction of nest boxes which imitate their natural nesting sites has stabilized their numbers. This book gives children a rare photographic look into the lives of a bluebird family. The book follows a Bluebird family from courting to mating nesting and raising babies.</span></p><p></p>
