A book on Thermal and Dielectric study of some Amino Acids dopped KDP

KDP is Good Crystal for Non-Linear Behavior at the same time amino acids are also exhibiting good non linear properties. In present study effect of doping of amino acid on Dielectric Behavior and Thermal stability on KDP crystal have been studies. Different amino acids with different concentration have been doped and thermal and Dielectric studies have been carried out. Results of study indicates that doping of amino acids is not affecting thermal stability by large extend.
