A Bride in Exile

This book is really just a tough-love letter; the purpose of which is to assist His Chosen with her preparations during our earth-bound divine engagement. But I warn you forwardly now. If sedentary Christianity is your cup of tea I hope you like it hot. I believe the stakes are just too high to play games so this will be a hard-hitting “if the shoe fits” kind of read. If you picked up this book looking for someone to play footsies with your soul you’ll need to go find some other author. There are some things my spirit is really grieved over. I have spoken with counseled with prayed for and observed the results of too many lives that supposedly have embraced the concept of needing a savior yet are defeated depressed and ineffective. It doesn’t have to be this way and I am commissioned to help prove it as are we all. We all have also watched the enemy of our souls have a field day with unsuspecting family friends and believers in general. We have seen the same person approach the “altar of salvation” over and over again in unending confusion and frustration. We have seen the influence of “revivals” have more negative than positive impact. We have heard enough “amen-ed” drivel dripping off the teeth of wolves in sheep’s clothing bellowed from the trusted pulpits of our (certainly not your) places of worship to write a book. So I have. It is time for some stuff to get dealt with. The days of silence being a religious virtue are over. I’m praying this book will awaken those who slumber and give courage and ammunition to fight the good fight. For we are not just called to receive forgiveness; we are called to be victorious.
