A Brief Review and Synthesis of Biologically Active 123-Triazoles

This book describes a brief review on biological importance of 123-Triazoles and also provides the synthesis characterization and biological study of some 14-disubstituted 123-Triazole heterocyclic molecules. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the introduction and biological importance of 123-Triazole based heterocyclic compounds- a brief review. The second chapter describes the synthesis of some 123-Triazole derivatives. The third chapter deals with the synthesis of some Ibuprofen based 14-disubstituted 123-Triazoles. The fourth chapter describes the evaluation of anti-inflammatory activity of newly synthesized 123-Triazole derivatives. Structures of the compounds synthesized were established based on analytical and spectral data such as IR 1H-NMR 13C-NMR and MASS spectral data.
