Leadership plays a vital role in churches. The direction of the pastor and how he educates others who will carry out his vision will determine the growth of spiritual leaders and the success of the ministry. This study sought to explore the pastor's leadership in the way he implemented various types of programs with resources to enhance the progression of spiritual leaders. The purpose was to identify central themes of the progression of spiritual leaders.
