A Case Study of LIC Housing Finance Limited

The present research work focuses on regulatory framework performance marketing mix of the selected housing finance company perception of 125 customers regarding services provided by the selected housing finance company in public sector operating in the state of Punjab and Chandigarh. The study also pointed out that NHB plays a developmental role in regulating housing finance sector. LICHFL a leading institution in the public sector have actualised remarkable operational and financial performance by figuring out noticeable business operation. The study examines the marketing mix of selected HFC and reveals that LICHFL excels in the matter of granting home loan products distribution network and physical environment for delivering its services effectively. As far as the perception of customers about services provided by selected company is concerned it is analysed that public sector housing finance company focused on reasonable rate of interest and service charges and processing of an application and sanctioning of the housing finance within a limited time. The study ends with certain suggestions for the selected company and other companies in housing sector.
