He attended the University of South Carolina from which he earned Masters of Criminal Justice graduating Cum Laude a Distinguished Honor Graduate in 1988. He attended The Chicago Theological Seminary and earned a Doctor of Ministry Degree. Now retired Dr. Chapman served as an Ordained Minister for over thirty five years.
