A Christmas Carol

<p><strong>A Christmas Carol</strong> by <strong>Charles Dickens</strong> tells the story of <strong>Ebenezer Scrooge</strong> a cold-hearted and greedy old man who despises Christmas and generosity. On Christmas Eve he is visited by the ghost of his former business partner <strong>Jacob Marley</strong> who warns him to change his ways.</p><p>That night Scrooge is visited by three spirits - the <strong>Ghost of Christmas Past</strong> the <strong>Ghost of Christmas Present</strong> and the <strong>Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come</strong> - who show him scenes from his life: his lost happiness the warmth of others and the grim fate that awaits him if he remains selfish.</p><p>Deeply moved and frightened Scrooge wakes up on Christmas morning filled with joy and compassion. He becomes kind generous and caring especially toward <strong>Tiny Tim</strong> and the <strong>Cratchit family</strong> proving that it's never too late to change.                   </p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
