When a teacher retires an entire storehouse of knowledge is often lost. Now a retired educator has reproduced her storehouse of knowledge about teacher quality and classroom practices. The Journey begins at a place called Compliance and ends at a destination named Community. During three stops on the journey eighteen principles in three core areas critical to teacher quality are examined. Coaches are equipped to: Harness the beliefs skills strengths (assets) of ALL teachers. Integrate their experience expertise and wisdom into the tools and templates.
