A Common Pathway Drug Design for all types of Cardiovascular Diseases

About The Book

Cardiovascular diseases are becoming a key concern globally over an era across all non-communicable diseases. Cardiovascular diseases have been occurring around the world due to some widespread risk variables. Diseases have such a genetic association emerging from equivalent risk factors either indirectly or directly. If a gene loses its normal activity and adversely affects the body a disease is caused. Currently it is observed that the inability of a disease through the protein-protein interaction is more fruitful than the single gene. Multiple scientific studies have uncovered tactics to use advanced Bioinformatics strategies and tools in network biology to construct a structure-based drug from crucial biomolecule or protein for diseases. This study determines the protein-protein interaction network and designs a common pathway drug for all types of cardiovascular diseases. The data mining application called knowledge discovery in database has been performed and genes are filtered pre-processed converted and mined to locate common genes for all types of cardiovascular diseases. To accomplish the goal Unihi is used as a tool.
