Organizational development has an increasing impact on the way both theorists and practitioners understand the processes in organizations and the management of organizations. In recent years there has been an indisputable increase in both managerial and theoretical interest in the field of organizational development. This interest cannot be attributed to a single factor but a concern with new and improved methods for success has been the main theme. Organizational development is a somewhat vague concept difficult to define and perhaps even more difficult to understand.
