This volume provides a cumulative index to the highly acclaimed multi-volume Biographical Dictionary of American Sports listing all items alphabetically for the first five volumes published from 1987 to 1992. The five volumes classified by sport provide comprehensive biographical information on over 2700 of the nation''s most extraordinary sports figures.
