A Daughter's Diary

A Daughter's Diary is a story of incest blame and shame and being ostracized from the family was molested at a very young age by her Father and her journey outside herself. The life she spent living outside of her body the shame and guilt and finally her spiritual journey that lead her back into her body and the words she used to change he life so could find safety and feel compassion for herself and siblings. The turning point of this stuggle to live in my body and forcing myself to confront myself about why I didn't want to be in this body and finally accepting my body as the only safe place to be.
