A DAY AT THE ZOO WITH FRIENDS is a story about predator awareness (stranger danger). It seems like every day we hear about another child that has been abducted. It is our hope that A DAY AT THE ZOO WITH FRIENDS will teach the child that when there is a stranger that approaches them that they will speak loudly and make the correct decision not to go with the predator. There are many ways these people try to get children to go with them and this story teaches one way. We hope that parents will have a discussion with their children about the many other ways predators try to do this i.e. candy ice cream etc. Remember when there is danger or drugs always YELL NO! LET''S GO!
