Join Lilly as she spends her day in the lab working together with engineers process technicians and quality managers making a more colorful capable cleaner world through the power of chemistry.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>The first in a series of Women in Industry Children's Books these picture books shine a light on career pathways that are available to women in places they may not have considered previously didn't know existed or didn't think were for them.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>This One's for the Gals a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization was created in an effort to help girls in grades k-12 with career exploration and workforce development in the construction energy and manufacturing industries with the goal of empowering girls to step out of their comfort zone and step into a world of endless possibilities in industry.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>Through sharing stories of the very many amazing women that are out in these industries we hope to help girls see themselves in these roles.
