About The Author: I Am A Peace Loving Citizen Of The Great Lakes In Africa Called Francis Xavier Ndagabanye Muhoozi. I Am A Ugandan Mukiga Of Rwandese Origin Because My Grandfather Alfred Ssalongo Ndagabanye Was A Hutu From Mukingo Ruhengeri District In The Republic Of Rwanda. He Moved To Uganda In The Early 1920S As A Young Boy.My Father George William Ndagabanye Was Born At A Place Called Jinja Busoga Uganda In 1938. My Father Then Married A Typical Mukiga Girl From Kabale Uganda In 1957. I Was Then Natively And Traditionally Born In December 1959 At Our Present Home In Kabale Municipality In Uganda As My Parents Second Child. I Am Married With Three Children.I Am A University Of Eastern Africa Graduate And Hold A Bsc. Agriculture Degree With A Minor In Industrial Technology. After My Graduation In Eldoret Kenya In 1987 I Worked With A United Nations Development Programme Project In The Republic Of Rwanda From 1988 Until 1993 When I Was Forced To Abandon My Work Station In Kigali Rwanda Because Of The Civil War That Had Reached Alarming Levels And Went Back To My Country Uganda.In Uganda I Started My Own Fuel Business As A Shell Uganda Retail Dealer From 1995 Until 2002 When I Managed To Build My Own Fuel Station In My Home Town Of Kabale. However I Was Forced Again To Leave Uganda Due To Government Agents Increased Personalised Persecution Because Of Who I Am And My Past Relationship With The Late President Habyarimana. I Am Now A Refugee In The United Kingdom Living In Manchester And Hoping That The Situation Will Improve And Change In Our Great Lakes Region Of Africa That I May Go Back Home.I Have No Blood Relationship With The Late President Juvenal Habyarimana. However Because Of My Close Childhood Friendship With His First Son Jean Pierre Habyarimana (Rip) President Habyarimana Took Me Up When I Was Just 17 Years Old And Showed Me An Extraordinary Unconditional Love And The Kindness You Would Not Expect To Find In A Big Politician Like
