A Faith Journey

Faith is a slippery concept. It means both belief and trust and this book describes the multi–decade journey from one to the other. The author was well schooled in the belief part with many directives. The trust part surfaced later as learning moved from head to heart from transaction to gift. A “do it by the book” modern American Catholic discovers that astonishing things happen when God moves from head to heart. Paul Flanagan is a scientifically–trained retired business executive in Virginia Beach. As a life–long Catholic he matured through all the changes both religious and secular from the 1950’s to 2020. He worked in organizations both large and small both religious and secular. He wrote this during the COVID 19 Social Distancing quarantine as a remembrance that might help others along their journeys of faith.
