Before the incident Chelsea Douglas only had one problem to worry about. Being an expert at hiding her personal life from the people around her all anyone expected from Chelsea was an easy smile and a laid back attitude. But when several citizens of the sleepy town of Avalon begin to report sightings of a night ghost Chelsea realizes that climbing out of her mounting problems will be harder than she thought. As her senior year ticks by more and more people get dragged into the sea of complications she has hid from everyone with past struggles and jealousies catching up with time. Taken down a road of unexpected revelations and impressing consequences Chelsea stumbles upon a life she thought she would never have stuck with making choices she never would have thought to make.
