About the Author Vasantha K Dandem is a Transformation Coach Teenager Empowerment Expert and a Speaker. She was born in an agricultural family on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Father was a farmer and mother a housewife. She is the youngest girl in the family of six siblings. Coming from a background and at a time where education for girls was considered a taboo acquired Masters in Commerce and professional degree of Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). In a career spanning 25 years she worked with the biggest corporates in private and public sectors and also with Government of India. Married for 20 years and is a mother of two teenage daughters.
