Female sterilization was once the mainstay of long term contraception before the advent of long acting reversible contraception (LARC). There has been anecdotal reports of its uptake especially in low resource settings for a variety of reasons. This book documents the review of this mode of contraception over a five year period in a tertiary Hospital located in a cosmopolitan city in West-Africa.
