A Geophysical Study for a Region located NW Iraq

This book include a Geophysical study maintained by three main geophysical methods: electrical resistivity gravity and magnetic. Quantitative and qualitative data processing and interpretations produced conclusions for groundwater evaluationalso to study the effect of geological and structural situation on groundwater distribution at the study region . The region located at south to Sinjar anticline NW -Iraq. Results interpretation presented as geophysical maps and sections to evaluate the groundwater quality and distribution within the study region. Gravity and magnetic data interpretations used to predict linear structural features which mainly produced by faulting and folding within the sedimentary cover rocks.
