A Girlfriend for a Year

I have spent my life in the exploration of conscious relationship and in meeting Anadi I met a man who was committed to learning to relate consciously with me. This book tells of how I committed to be a girlfriend for a year and how through relating honestly and consciously and allowing the relating to find its form rather than immediately putting a label on it we found a clear space between us in which our relationship could flourish. I hope this book gives some guidance on how to successfully navigate the difficulties and hurt that arise in the space of relationship. I let you into 'the small stuff' - or the seemingly small stuff - the tiny dynamics that go on within relationship and that also come to define it. Through my own experiences and inner processes I hope I can show the reader how to notice where the small things that arise within their interactions can block a deepening of intimacy and to be fully conscious in sharing this with your partner and growing together.
