About The Author: Shari Strickland lives near her childhood hometowns in rural west-central Georgia with her husband Tony and Justin their sixteen-year-old grandson. Sarah and Michael their other grandchildren also share their home when they have holidays from school. The household is ruled by their three cats Hyacinth Onslow and Lil Bit.Shari has worked for thirty years in the OB/Gyn department of the hospital in which she was born.She has authored developed and taught educational programs for nurses including Mother/Baby Cross-training and Level II Neonatal Critical Care. She is also a hospital-based instructor for the American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
