The book is an attempt to let someone live beyond their years. It is an attempt to pay due respect to an unrecognised musical genius.

It is a memoir of growing up with a brother who was amongst the most brilliant and intelligent people I have ever met.

It tries to celebrate the oneness that is allowed to those who make music together. This oneness is made otherworldly by the biological and therefore emotional connection that being born of the same parents grants one.

In some small way I want the world to know what it missed but that I didn't.

I have played with many talented musicians inn my life mostly in the years since Anthony John McKimm died and that has been a wonderful experience and I thank them all for giving me the better bits of themselves but nothing has compared to what it was like to stand and make music with this genius of an individual

The world would have been richer had it heard his music. The world is poorer for having not doing also
