A guarantee for the DRC's development

I'm constantly worried and troubled about a number of issues and I'm not the only one when I observe the way our people live and hear the bitterness with which they complain on a daily basis.These concerns are reflected in a number of questions including the following:Why is my country with all its potential not developing?- Is development too difficult an equation for us Congolese to grasp and solve while other countries without as much wealth seem to be moving in the right direction?- Do we understand what this equation is all about?- If the problem is one of understanding doesn't it also raise the more general question of intelligence?War persists indefinitely in the east of the country: is this humanly acceptable?
