A Guide to Developing Maintaining and Succeeding With Your School Resource Officer Program

<p>Many SRO programs have experienced difficulty recruiting screening retaining training and supervising SROs. This new COPS report documents promising methods that selected SRO programs have used to address these potential problem areas of SRO program operations.
