However despite their central role in shaping young minds teachers are rarely equipped with structured tools that address these deeper human capacities. Over time it became increasingly evident that education systems needed resources that would help educators cultivate the values skills and mindsets necessary for fostering peace-not as an abstract ideal but as a lived daily practice. This workbook emerged from that realization.
