The book of Daniel reveals that knowledge of God's plans for the end of the age will be understood at the time of the end. Mayer believes that we are now in that time. He shows that the seals of Revelation are distinguished from the Trumpets and bowls because the seals basically did not contain new revelation that came after Christ's resurrection and ascension but the trumpets and bowls reveal new details. His book ends with a call to repentance in light of what will soon be coming upon the earth.
