About The Book

If I could use a one word summary of the book it is ‘meditation’. The meditative insights given in the book got evolved and emerged from ten years of guiding biweekly meditations for groups numbering about 40 from all walks of life and religions. The methodology used for the practices was holistic - dealing with physicality emotionality and spirituality. Before moving into meditation proper the exercises done together helped the meditators to activate the hidden energies brought down the level of stress and created a positive atmosphere within and outside. The groups then were led to the deeper levels of consciousness. The book narrates quite a few personal experiences of transformation and healing including those of high blood pressure asthma migraine headaches etc. My own personal experience of getting cured of asthma; my study and research into asthma-cure without medicine helped me devise the program into a holistic therapeutic approach. However what was aimed at in our regular evening inter spiritual gatherings was to lead the participants to personally experience love peace and bliss. Joy and peace are inner self - portraits visible only to own meditative eyes.
