Centuries have passed since a great war and the beings of Inner Earth and Outer Earth have kept the peace. But creatures from the hollow of the planet want to take over the outer realm. Sworn to uphold a world treaty extraterrestrials that have quietly been keeping watch over Earth refuse to let the peace be disturbed.
