A Light in the Darkest Night

<p>Darkness is a universal metaphor for fear and it waits for every one of us.</p><p><br></p><p>As a parent and grandparent I have checked under beds and peered into closets at the request of my children and grandchildren. I've sat on their beds prayed with them sung to them and read them stories until they could fall asleep. Having experienced my own fear of darkness I deeply understand the vulnerability that comes with what is unknown and unseen.</p><p><br></p><p>Collected here are sixteen stories to remind us there is a Father of Light. Based on real people and real events on Bible stories on everyday experiences these are tales to guide us comfort us... and save us. Not all light is visible to the naked eye but it's there and it makes itself known in our hearts minds and souls. And once this spiritual light manifests the courage strength and rebirth we find in our Creator can light our path evermore. </p>
