<p>Michael Whitten looked out at the Pacific Ocean. He was alone as always. He had just come back from a vacation in Reno Nevada. He liked it so much he decided to move there. He wanted to start a new life have a better life.</p><p>Little did he know that he would start a new career and then slip right back into old patterns.</p><p>What he had planned when he decided to move to 'the Biggest Little City' would not happen.
